Mr. V’s Journey Towards Health: A Timeline of Progress and Challenges

Mr. V, referred by a friend, first visited Sanjivani Homoeopathic Clinic

on 30th September 2020, seeking treatment for Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and Hypertension (HTN), along with complaints of acidity, constipation, and snoring. His first follow-up on

1st November 2020 showed improvements in headaches, but he still experienced bowel straining.

By 6th December 2020:  his eructation remained constant, and bowel issues persisted. In his third follow-up on

9th January 2021, bowel straining continued, and his BSL was recorded at F-116 and PP-180 mg/dL.

On 7th March 2021, he felt better overall, but experienced itching, tingling sensations, and increased uric acid levels.

By 4th April 2021, his urinary issues stabilized, but bowel straining persisted.

On 2nd May 2021, he felt better, though bowel movements remained incomplete, requiring straining, and he developed pain during urination.

By 5th June 2021, he showed further improvement with reduced eructation,

but on 4th July 2021, his bowel issues persisted, and his BSL was recorded at F-150 and PP-180 mg/dL. On 1st August 2021, he reported no relief in symptoms, but

by 4th September 2021, he experienced good results, with a sensation of air-like flow in the right side of his chest and 15 days of clear bowels. However,

by 3rd October 2021, he noted worsening eructation at night, a "sursur" sensation in the right chest, and incomplete bowel movements, despite DM and BP being under control.

On 7th November 2021, he continued to struggle with eructations and incomplete bowel movements.

By 14th December 2021, his BSL rose to F-171 and PP-308 mg/dL, serum creatinine increased to 1.8 mg/dL, and he developed a strong desire for sweets.

By 3rd February 2022, his acidity worsened, and he planned a visit to Nasik in 10 days for further evaluation due to anxiety about his sugar and kidney function. Fortunately, by

15th February 2022, he reported feeling better with treatment, demonstrating the importance of continuous monitoring and medical intervention.

Conclusion :

Mr. V’s case highlights the fluctuating nature of lifestyle disorders, emphasizing the need for regular follow-ups, personalized treatment, and lifestyle modifications. His journey shows that homeopathic treatment played a crucial role in managing his diabetes, hypertension, and digestive concerns, demonstrating that consistent medical attention and holistic care are key to long-term health stability.
