Refund Policy

1. The health package is valid for 3/6/12/24/36 months from the date of consultation till validity.

2. The package amount is non-refundable.

3. The package covers medicines cost only. Courier charges are not included.

4. The package amount includes consultation fees.

5. The package applies to the treatment of any disease except cancer.

6. Subscribers can consult online at any time during the subscription period with a prior appointment.

7. During Physical /Online Consultations, it is mandatory to present the health package card or a photocopy of the package card.

The package benefits are available only to the subscriber who has purchased the package in their name.
The package cannot be cancelled or transferred to another person.
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

By subscribing to the package, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated above.

For any legal disputes or issues arising from this agreement, Nashik jurisdiction will have exclusive authority to resolve the matter.
