Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, mind & the spirit. Yoga is creating space free obstacles in your own body to live stress free. The word Yoga means “union” in Sanskrit the language of ancient India , where yoga originated. Yoga is not a religion but it’s a philosophy that has endured 5000 yrs. Yoga refers to the practice of physical postures or poses called Asanas. Asana is only one type of yoga. Hello, I am Dr.Yogesh Ghongde M.D.(Hom), Gold Medalist. I am here to help others through Yoga/Pranayam. So they can live comfortably and competently throughout life. “While practicing as a Homoeopathic consultant. I observed that when I am treating/consulting patients for removal of root cause, but patients are coming for the treatment of other ailments frequently. I have learnt yoga in 2006. And came to know that yoga has therapeutic value, so I had thought to be a yoga Teacher & Therapist and this thought lead me to become a Yoga teacher and therapist. I have done fellowship course in yoga therapy from MUHS-MH(INDIA) in yr.2016. In our life 90% diseases have psychosomatic background & sedentary life style. Hence if we include yoga in our life, diseases like DM, HT, Insomnia, Psoriasis, Allergic asthma, eczema, anxiety disorders which has psychosomatic background can be cured completely and permanently.
