Beyond Surgery: A Young Woman’s Remarkable Recovery from Severe Pancreatitis with Homoeopathy

Mrs. P, a 34-year-old woman, presented with severe chronic pancreatitis and recurrent abdominal pain persisting for 3-4 months despite undergoing surgery for pancreatic stone removal on 22/02/2021, during which a stent was installed via endoscopy.

Her chief complaints included severe abdominal pain, loose motions (7-8 episodes daily, especially after meals), nausea and vomiting triggered by eating or even watching food, significant physical weakness, and a rash with stretch marks and severe itching on her thoracic region for the past month. Post-surgery, she was on a liquid diet but continued to experience aggravated pain before and after passing stools and after eating food. Although painkillers provided temporary relief, the symptoms repeatedly reappeared, leading to emotional aversion to food and mental fatigue.

While passing by the road, Mrs. P noticed the clinic's board and decided to visit the clinic on 16/03/2021 for her persistent health issues.

After a thorough consultation, we created a personalised treatment plan for Mrs. P, which included both medication and a simple diet plan tailored to her needs. Physical examination revealed severe epigastric tenderness and prominent stretch marks with itching. A personalized homeopathic treatment plan was designed to alleviate her pain, regulate digestion, reduce stool frequency, address nausea, and manage the skin rash.
