The patient first presented on

 21/11/22 :  with increased appetite for 8 days, hair fall, and frontal headache for 5 days, followed by some improvement. 

By 22/12/22 :  she reported unsound sleep, intense hair loss, pain in both lower limbs with trembling, and a uTSH level of 9.49. Abdominal pain was absent, but she felt weakness. 

On 25/1/23 : she experienced slight abdominal pain, one episode of vomiting, and a uTSH of 4.74 , with continued hair loss and lower limb pain.

By 27/3/23 :  a miraculous improvement was noted in her thyroid blood test (uTSH: 4.960 on 26/3/23). However, she had daytime abdominal pain, nausea, and constipation.

 On 26/4/23 : abdominal pain and constipation were completely resolved, though she developed upper back itching, pain in both lower limbs aggravated by walking, and knee pain worsening upon bending. She reported the best results so far.
